Managing your sales

 

How do I record a sale?

  1. From the dashboard tap “Add New Sale”. 

  2. You can choose either enter the total price or add a product to the sale. 
    Tip: If you need help adding products to the app refer to our guide ‘How do I add new products?’. 

  3. Check the date is correct and adjust if needed. 

  4. You can enter a description if you like (This field is not mandatory). 

  5. You can select the customer name if you like (This field is not mandatory). 
    Tip: If you need help entering customers, refer to our guide on ‘How do I add new customers?’. 

  6. Tap “Confirm”.

  7. Well done! Your sale has been recorded.
    Tip: If you made a mistake and need to edit the sale? Refer to our guide on ‘How do I edit a sale?’.

 

How do I edit a sale?

  1. From the dashboard tap the ‘List Sale’ button. 
    Tip: You can also tap on the daily sales total. 

  2. Select the date on which the sale was made. 
    Tip: You can also filter by customer if you know which customer the sale was made to. 

  3. Scroll through the list until you locate the sale you need to edit. 

  4. Tap on the sale and select “Edit”. 

  5. Change the details you need to change. 

  6. Tap “confirm”. 

  7. Well done! Your sale has been edited. 

 

How do I delete a sale?

  1. From the dashboard Tap the ‘List Sale’ button. 
    Tip: You can also Tap on the daily sales total 

  2. Select the date on which the sale was made. 
    Tip: You can also filter by customer if you know which customer the sale was made to. 

  3. Scroll through the list until you locate the sale you need to delete. 

  4. Tap on the sale and “Delete”. 

  5. A message will appear ‘Are you sure you want to permanently delete this sale?

  6. Tap “Confirm”. 

  7. Well done! Your sale has been deleted! It will no longer appear in your sales list or reports.
